Woodsong Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Woodsong! We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. We are committed to providing our customers with a hassle-free experience.

 

Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns of most unused and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that some exclusions may apply (see below). To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 0861 828 7652 or onlinewoodsong@gmail.com. They will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.

Items that are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed merchandise

  • Final sale items

  • Custom-made furniture

 

Mattresses:

For mattress returns, Woodsong recommends referring directly to the Wakefit mattress return policy. Wakefit offers a 100-night trial period for their mattresses. Please visit the Wakefit.co website or contact their customer service team for detailed information regarding mattress returns and refunds. Woodsong can still assist you with contacting Wakefit.co. or understanding their return process if needed.

Custom Orders:

Please note that custom bed frames and furniture may have a longer return processing time of approximately 14-21 days due to their unique nature. This is to allow for proper assessment and handling of the customization details. Our customer service team will inform you of the specific return timeframe for your custom order.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item (excluding mattresses) and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Policy:

Woodsong offers free shipping on all orders above ₹5000 within India. For orders below ₹5000, a flat shipping fee of ₹250 will be applied. We typically ship orders within 2-3 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Furniture Returns:

In case of any quality issue with your furniture purchase, Woodsong will arrange for a pick-up of the item and issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving your return request. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with furniture returns.
